1) Are your products ORIGINAL?
HeadBand Girls products are ORIGINAL and is made by hand in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


2) Are the prices fixed?
Yes, our prices are all fixed.

3) Can I have a refund if I do not like the product that I bought?
No, there will be no refund once you have made your purchase and paid for the product. Here we practice a strictly no refund policy.

4) Is there any warranty for my purchases? Or can I do a product exchange?
There will be no warranty or exchange of product. Rest assure that we pack our products nicely and securely in a box.

5) Do you ship overseas?
Yes, as long as it is accessible to the postal service, we are able to ship to your country. There will be, however, additional charges for overseas shipment. We ship all our products using PosLaju Malaysia.
*Due to our country's policy, we are unable to ship to Israel.

6) How long does delivery take?
After receiving confirmation of payment, we will immediately process your shipment within 1-2 days. After that it takes roughly another 1-3 days for shipment within Malaysia, and 5-7 working days for international shipment (depending on which country you are in).

7) Is the shipment included in your price?
Our price is including shipment for purchases within Malaysia. There will be additional charges for overseas shipment.

8) Can I pay you after I receive the product?
No, payment must be made in advance to avoid fraud.

9) What are the modes of payment that you accept? 
We accept payment through TT and online banking via Maybank2u. We also accept Paypal as another payment option.

10) Do you make custom-to-order headbands? 
Yes, we do make custom-to-order headbands. However there will be additional charges depending on your requirements.
